House of Automotive Ford Ranger Turbocharger Upgrade Stage1, using a reconditioned PX2 core.

Our in house developed and engineered turbo upgrade suited for PX2, PX3 and Everest models to replace all weak points with the oem GTD2056 turbochargers. Our turbo upgrade is a huge improvement over factory in terms of strength and performance with the ability to run up to 26psi peak boost it is designed to achieve 150+ nm at the wheels over factory torque levels, and an easy 40+rwhp in different areas of the rpm curve. Both of which, without causing any extra stress on the engine at all.

To answer the question you are already probably asking yourself or about to ask us, NO you DO NOT have to remove your DPF to run this turbocharger, it was solely designed by us to work WITH your DPF, to keep your car 100% legal and no trouble with the police or having to go over the pits!

Our turbos are completely rebalanced to better standards than oem. The housings machined to fit our custom compressor wheel & fitted with our custom turbine shaft as seen in the photos is well over 40% stronger in the compressor wheel section which is, as to our knowledge, the only shaft in the world for this turbocharger that is this strong. Lastly the vnt mechanism is recalibrated on our G3 Concepts vnt calibration bench.

Remember, each company will call their product different “stages” based on how they feel it fits into their own parts categories. Being our stage1 means its the 1st stage of upgrade in OUR range, So take the actual upgrades done to the product into account rather than going by its title.

All turbos are sold on an exchange basis ONLY, if your turbo is broken, damaged or for any reason you can not give us your turbo as an exchange, please msg our facebook page before purchase to discuss how/why and to see what we can do to help. To ensure we get all turbocharger cores returned a core charge will be applied at the checkout, when your core is returned to us, you will be refunded the core charge.
