Our upgraded intercooler hoses are designed specifically for high-boost, high-heat diesel applications, where standard silicone hoses are known to sweat oil, expand under boost or swell in size over time
Each hose features a fluorosilicone (FVMQ) inner liner, a chemically resistant elastomer engineered to withstand oil mist, fuel vapours, and crankcase contaminants commonly present in modern turbo-diesel intake systems. Unlike conventional silicone, fluorosilicone maintains its mechanical strength and elasticity over time, even when exposed to constant oil saturation, instead of soaking oil in between the layers and eventually permeating externally in the form of an oil mist all over the hose.
To handle elevated boost pressures, the hoses are internally wire-wound, providing exceptional resistance to ballooning, collapse, and deformation under load. This structural reinforcement ensures consistent airflow and reliability when paired with high-output turbocharger upgrades.
As manufacturers of some of the strongest turbochargers on the market for the P5AT engine, these hoses are built to the exact pressure and durability requirements we demand in our own performance packages.
