PJ/PK Ranger RHV5 turbo conversion parts

Want to install an RHV5 turbo to your PJ/PK ranger? AWESOME!

Need a kit to make that task a breeze? Well, we have it to make your install go smoothly and look the very best it can be. Made from high quality locally sourced 316 stainless and fabricated in Australia.

The dump pipe features actual stainless flanges and matches the oem configuration where the dump pipe ends shortly and goes to the mid pipe via a 3 bolt flange. We know for sure it fits with Manta systems but are still waiting to here what other systems it might fit with. If your system is not a Manta system, and this system fits, please let us know! If it looks like your system copies the design of a short dump pipe that quickly goes to a 3 bolt flange then it should fit quite well otherwise we suggest to modify your exhaust to match the dump, not to modify the dump. ALSO if your using an adapter plate instead of bolting the turbo hard up to the oem manifold that might effect the fitment of this kit.

This kit includes

- HOA custom made intake pipe and matching silicons and clamps to suit stock air box, with breather pipe fitting, you can use the oem breather pipe and cut it down to size
- HOA custom made dump pipe to suit an RHV5 turbo, with dump to mid pipe gasket and bolts
- RHV5 fitting kit, gaskets etc
- Studs and nuts to mount turbo to manifold
