Ford Ranger Low Temp High Flow Thermostat Assembly

Suits all 2.2 and 3.2 models only from years 2011 – 2021, Ford Ranger, BT50 and Ford Everest models

This part is a genuine ford assembly, which then the original thermostat is removed and replaced with a low temp High Flow version and is reassembled ready for installation. These geniune assemblies also have a brand new coolant temperature sensor installed as well.

We do not sell the thermostats outside of an assembly as we want to be 100% confident customers are receiving a product that is leak free, as the plastic housing and assembly bodies will warp over time it is the best method to replace the assembly complete.

• Original thermostat opening temperature = 88c
• Low Temp High Flow thermostat opening temperature = 82c

These are a great way to gain back more head room in your cooling system temperature by lowering the average running temperature, and even better when paired with our Koyorad Upgraded radiator, getting the coolant going through the system faster to ensure the larger radiator core doesn’t slow coolant recirculation.

Please put in the order notes whether this is for a Ranger/BT50 or Everest as the housing configuration is different and we will assemble it for you to suit
